Oxyven® Safety
The health and safety of oxygen cylinder handlers and medical practitioners is critical. Tens of thousands of personal injuries and hundreds of lives are lost each year using traditional oxygen cylinders. These outdated cylinders should be replaced by the life-saving Oxyven® Safety-Cylinder. When used with the Oxyven® Safety-Jack, handlers and medical practitioners are properly protected from injury. Oxyven® respects the importance of protecting the handlers and medical practitioners dedicated to saving lives.

Oxyven® Safety
According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, every years in the US, 20 deaths and 6,000 injuries occur directly from using and handling high-pressure gas cylinders. In a global context this easily equates to more than 100 deaths and 30,000 injuries each year. Deaths are typically caused by exploding valves and the most common injuries are caused by mishandling or falling cylinders. Oxyven® finds this unacceptable and provides a solution.
Oxyven® studied how medical oxygen is manufactured, delivered, stored and used. After years of investigations, Oxyven® created a much safer life-cycle solution. The safety built into the Oxyven® Safety-Cylinder is based on commonsense. Where traditional cylinders are mass produced as cheaply as possible, and with no regard to user safety, the Oxyven® Safety-Cylinder puts user safety first.
The pat. pending Oxyven® Safety-Cylinder is specifically designed not to fall over. It also has protectors that prevent valve explosions from causing injury. Additionally, it can be fitted with tracking devices to help find lost or missing cylinders.
The Oxyven® Safety-Jack further protects handlers and medical practitioners when moving and lifting cylinders. The pat. pending jack cleverly uses the gas within the cylinder to power any lifting. Placed on its side, the cylinder can easily be rolled into location.
The Oxyven® Safety-Cylinder and Safety-Jack protects handlers and medical poractitioners from injury or death.
